Cancellation should be made 6-days prior to Departure Date.
All van transportation, hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time.
Any person failing to appear on the day of departure will not be refunded.
No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveler after tour departure regardless of circumstances.

All tours are required at least 10 number of travelers to operate.

Down payment is non-refundable.
Rebooking should be made 5 days prior to travel date.
Seats are first come, first served basis.
No luggage/maleta allowed.
In case of no show on departure day, down payment is forfeited and you still need to settle the FULL EVENT FEE.
Additional person without prior notice is prohibited.
No refunds can be made in case any of the services included in our tour packages cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond our control of such as caused by forces of nature, like typhoon, earthquakes or any other natural calamity that may occur.
Free child is on Seat in Lap only. No seats allotted unless there’s an extra space. Only 1 free child per group only.
